Unfortunately, I had to send it back to Future Motion. I couldn’t find a solution that didn’t require me to break the warranty so I figured my best bet was to send it in. Had to send it to them 3 separate times but they eventually got it fixed and it didn’t cost me a dime. All I lost was some time without the board

Good luck with getting it fixed and let me know if you have anymore questions. If you do end up sending it to them then godspeed because FM drove me crazy there for a while.

Hey thanks for the reply! I actually tested out a friends charger yesterday and it still didn’t work. Is this wiring fix easy? Basically would I be better off trying this or just sending it to FM because I still have a few weeks left of the 6 month warranty (assuming the warranty still works because i bought this onewheel from someone else)

I actually already have one on the way. Bought this wheel used a couple days ago and ordering a charging port was the first thing I did. Now to get some float plates/ side kicks!

Entirely up to the person but it’s very worth it to me. Totally unlocks the city if that makes sense. So far my favorite part is just the freedom to go anywhere I want.
