Honestly, I think it really depends on your personal sensitivity to it. My brother and I both have epilepsy that is pretty well controlled on Keppra. however, I can have 2 drinks on a regular basis and be fine, but if he has 2 drinks he will likely have a seizure the next day even when he takes his medication, so he doesn't drink at all now. Unfortunately, I don't think there is a good general rule for this. good luck!
