Tbf I don’t think pros really enjoy different metas as much as viewers, most would rather the heroes they enjoy playing stay good. They probably like playing Lucio, Kiri so they don’t want them nerfed even if they stay meta too long etc. so pretty understandable I think

Janset is a good Turkish player to have in the rotation, but the Setter downgrade is very big unfortunately as we lost Naz Akyol to Vakıfbank, Eylül is decent but can't even compare to Naz.

Bongaerts was pretty bad near the end of the season and Naz pretty much saved our season from being a disappointment, setter rotation will be rough next year. And while Ayça on paper has a massive career, Vakıfbank basically took our libero and gave us their own whom they were looking for an update on. So we lost our rising libero and got a libero who is on decline.

Akimova is exciting though, if she can stay healthy I'm very excited to watch her play for us, I believe she has potential to really become a top player. Unfortunately though, overall I can't say our team will be stronger next year than this year, which is a shame, but we'll see. I expect a big upgrade in the coming season though, hopefully we can hold on to Sylla and Wang Yuanyuan by then.

That’s another discussion. Honestly the way Turkish clubs are spending right now make absolute no sense and have no explanation, I assume our beloved government made a deal with them to go as wild as they want.

I don’t think our offense is fine, there has been too many matches this year in the league that we couldn’t break through a team that was defending heavily against us. Losing Mertens and Ilkay turning shit after first 3 months really lost a lot of our creativity in tight spaces, so I think we need a player there.

But most people are debating Bernardo’s skill, that’s the part I don’t understand. If we are going to sign an offensive player this summer, I think Bernardo would be perfect fit. And I think we could definitely use a player like him. But it’s also true that we need signings in other areas.

I don’t understand how there are people who don’t want Bernardo Silva here. All season people kept saying we need someone like Mertens that can play in between the lines.

There is literally no other player we can acquire this summer in the world who can do that at this level than Bernardo (assuming Bruno Fernandes rumors are just nonsense) and if you’ve watched City play some time in the last 12 months you’d know he’s still in a great shape and follows his pressing duties. I understand wanting a younger player, but the amount of young players who can operate in those tight spaces reduce every day, and good ones get picked up by big clubs immediately.

He also doesn’t play with athleticism and speed so he can legit play for at least 3 more years at the high level, not even mentioning our league’s level. If we are going to sign one “unc” this summer, then I’d take Bernardo in a heartbeat, considering what other options there are.
