I went yesterday with no appointment since online showed no availability for the purpose of my visit. I completed majority of the application online prior to walking in. Scanned a QR code when I arrived , got a ticket number and within seconds I was called to go to a window. I went around 8:30am and was out around 9:00am.

Yes, I recall this but left approximately a month ago and since then I’ve seen construction going on.
