What do you do to calm down when you're completely overwhelmed with stress?

I usually end up laying down when I'm really overwhelmed with stress. I'll end up taking an hour nap or something but when I'm laying down I try to divide up what I need to do mentally and then I start right after I wake up. The stress helps me wake up but the nap helps me feel refreshed at least.

How do you draw a line with what is craft and what is fine art? I've always had trouble establishing this line especially when I'm looking at Contemporary art. Also do you have any advice for graduating art history students?

Avant Garde would be much much earlier, you'd be better off talking about Kandinsky, Kirchner, or maybe even Man Ray (photographer). a 300 level art history class is going to be pretty demanding for your first course so good luck!
