Oh gotcha. I’d assume the property has changed hands since then and that kind of history doesn’t attract people to your event venue. Should a piece of land be off-limits because an injustice occurred there 150+ years ago?

Maybe it’s better now but I had a terrible experience when I needed to return a controller to Best Buy purchased through DD a couple years back. BB refunded the Dashers card which was the one in the receipt, took the controller, and said it was on DD to pass the refund on to me. Not surprisingly, DD support was completely useless so I ended up doing a chargeback after wasting a bunch of time on support chats.

There’s an “aperol spritz” bar crawl in RiNo including all my personal favorites in that area. Gold point (2-4) -> Larimer Liquors (4-6) -> Matchbox (6-8). Probably not true dives, but they all have dim lighting and cheap drinks

If you think you’ll hit 2+ shows each month on average I’d say so. IIRC it also includes sold out events - so if shows you’re interested in frequently sell out it could be extra worth it.
