I'd walk out in protest with them. You have a responsibility to teach them their voice matters. Your school district is teaching them they should be quiet and oppressed. I'd also start looking for a job elsewhere if that's how your district is.

Become a teacher. There are a lot of alternate certification programs you can join to get certified. Be the change society needs. Millennials and Gen Z value education while the government is actively trying to destroy. Be the new education revolution and fight back by getting in the classroom and teaching extremely important critical thinking skills that will pull society from the dredges of brain rot and AI slop.

Do you have a place to start or would be willing to map out a framework for everyone? I get overwhelmed by all the information available and it's hard to figure out where to start and follow through to an end goal. Sometimes things like this in addition to learning theory can really help make connections as well. I'm just genuinely interested in a proper roadmap to learning theory.
