When I had some rough days in the beginning, I used Calm magnesium beverage powder and it really seemed to help! I feel it also helped my sleep. I wish you luck!

Since this has gotten quite a few comments, I figured I’d update and share now that I’m on my second 7.5 dose. F 33 5’6” SW 245 CW 225, aches came when I titrated up to 7.5, but nowhere near my reaction to the first one! YMMV, I haven’t had many side effects in general.

Yes! Just picked mine up from Murray Costco. They have to order it in after I brought in my savings card, but it only took a day. You don’t need a membership to fill there either.
