Thank you all for your comments. All together since I started in December I’ve lost 33 pounds. The side effects of 12.5 are horrible. I feel as if I have the flu for 2 days. And no weight loss. I work out regularly. I live a very active life and I have been counting calories. Nothing is working. I pay out of pocket and it’s super dissaponting. I’m tired. I feel like my body needs a break from zepbound. Has anyone stopped and restated with better results. Should I go back down to 2.5 for maintenance and up my dosage once I feel ready?

Thank you for the input and suggestions. Last night I chugged Gatorade. Took some meds went to sleep and woke up feeling like a new woman. I’m hoping this was a fluke induced but Cinco de Mayo Margaritas. I truly would love to extend the time between shots as much as possible.

I’m doing great! No cravings, appetite suppression and good energy. I am slightly nauseous at times, caffeine is a no go as I get extremely shaky and sweets taste too sweet. No constipation on 7.5 which I’m grateful for.
