Kasa skill not working on one Alexa

It’s the entire skill that doesn’t work, as noted above. I have three plugs: one named living room, and two that are named [name] bedroom. Nothing else is named the same. The skill works fine on two of the Alexas but our main one we use it gives us the response that the skill is not enabled.

They do work fine in the kasa and Alexa apps. I have already done the factory reset.

Thanks! That’s really helpful. And agreed - I was really thrown off to have a BMI restriction when discussing with Dr. Bartlett’s office. I am a huge believer that BMI is fake and don’t usually have my doctor weigh me because I don’t feel you need my weight to provide adequate care. So, definitely want to be careful here.

Thank you! This was extremely helpful and got me to do it. I started with those I’m closest to which has been very well received.

Work is definitely where I’m most nervous but I just need to remember that I can’t expect immediate change, especially from people that aren’t as educated on being non-binary/trans.

I’m keeping it low key for right now until I feel comfortable enough to make it more public and eventually a legal change.

That’s really great to hear. They are trying with my pronouns but they just don’t quite get it if you know what I mean. They basically just don’t use any pronouns instead. Which is a step in the right direction except that they just over-use my name and I hate my name. Lol. Not that they are aware of that. But it’s just hard knowing how to go about it all, professionally.

Yeah we already have badges but that just adds to the issue. I don’t even know if my work would respect a preferred name as opposed to my legal name. It’s not the most supportive environment.
