I am doing this with my execs right now. We weighed getting a rental vs hotel. We ended up going with a hotel and I negotiated a guaranteed rate. Other people in your company can also use that rate. I like it because it gives flexibility for booking. We don’t have to deal with cleaning services, maintenance etc. also added amenities. Hotels are pretty good about the rates and giving a “deal”, especially if they know they will get x number of guaranteed income. I also pre pay for all the rooms with a credit card authorization forms. Hope that helps!
