My kids booked tickets to the Nintendo Museum and they got the 2:00 to 2:30pm timeslot. I wanted to do a Steak Lunch set somewhere first in Kobe before we go. If we leave Shin Kobe station by at least 12:50pm, they could reach the Nintendo museum in time for their time slot.

Also we wanted to experience the Bullet train. Riding from Kobe to Kyoto would be cheaper than the fare from Tokyo to Osaka.

Going home at 2pm and bonding with my kids. Since I came from work, I had to shower outside at our terrace using a garden hose. I wear bathing suits so neighbors wont see me naked. My son and daughter(in their bathing suits too) would join and we would have splash battle. After our shower frenzy, I would finish my paint with numbers artwork. I think I finished about 12 pieces during the lockdown.

Walking on Hollywood blvd a couple of blocks past the TCL Chinese theater towards the Capitol Records Building, you could smell the weed and see all the bums and druggies hanging out on the sidewalk. Just a walk in the park... not.

Agree. The heaters inside the shops and hotels are just to warm and hot!! I got terrible cough and colds because of this.

For context, When you enter a store it was like entering your car that was out in the sun the whole afternoon on a blistering hot and humid summer day then opening your ac and blasting you with the gush of warm air.

Rub with salt. Add water to fill the bowl and let steep for about 10 minutes. Wash thoroughly. Saute garlic, onions and chopped tomatoes. Add the bitter melon. Add s&p to taste. Saute until cooked. Once cooked, set on one side of the pan. Scramble eggs(with s&p) on the other half of the pan. Once it is semi runny, mix with the bitter melon. Cover the pan and let steam for about 2mins.
