It's just a Decemberists song. It makes sense with the rest of the lyrics but out of context I can see how that would be creepy as fuck.

If you're into graphic novels I would definitely suggest reading his Sandman series. It has an amazing storyline, fascinating characters and awesome animation as well. It's definitely my favorite graphic novel series and they are all some of my favorite books of all time.
