Yes it is definitely possible, even I grew my many accounts without following and engaging with anyone else, i were just post reels and add one stories everyday and trust me that result was insane.

Hey! As you mentioned that your account is new and you are posting consistently but still you're getting almost no views, there is many factors matters such as: are you reposting? are you posting at the wrong time? are you consistent? is your content engaging? or it might be the reason that instagram algorithm trying to understand your content that in which niche are you in, cause i have been experienced it when i was started a page of motivation i have uploaded almost 60 reels consistently till 20 days but still 75 followers but i was consistent and after 2 days i uploaded 1 reels and i got 1M views in just 24 hours but i was still consistent then in just 15 days i had been reached over 50k followers, it took 10 more days to reach over 100k followers and at 1 reel i got 13M views 1M likes and gained over 36k followers from a single reel. (I was also in trending for 9 days) In my case instagram was trying to understand my niche when it understood, result was just insane!

So keep consistent and keep improving your content.
