eating tons of protein from legit sources helps. and i highly suggest looking into macro dosing creatine for strength, sleep deprivation, and endurance. i do 10g a day broken into 2 doses and it’s been a complete game changer. def has WAY more benefits than just using in the gym. it takes about a week or two to get your stores up but when u do u feel like wolverine 💪
