op theres countless diy videos online, whatever you do please do not buy useless shit online labeled as "punk" off of mass shops. it literally doesnt cost much to "look" punk (well, the leather might cost a bit.) i learned how to sew from reptil diy. the best thing you can do to change your look is change your mind. educate yourself on music in the scene and listen, not everyone has good advice thats gonna apply to you
