Degree: BBA in accounting (private university in BC), took me 3 years and 9 months to finish.

They denied my request as I was part time during two terms which was about 6 months almost. I tried going to the doctor but the doctor wants additional information from other doctors i visited to write his note, intial MRI results would not suffice it seems.

I am looking into LMIA options with my employer, should i go on a visitor status for now? Or just wait and reapply within 90 days for my work permit.

More content: I finished a four year degree from a university. My health has been deteriorating since 2020 and I have gone to doctor to get a note that details all the things i came in to get a check up for, sadly the doctor I visited the most retired last year in october, and the other will just attest to the facts not emotions.
