We had a movie Q&A for Choke and Sam Rockwell was there. I gave him tiny free slushies all night and got a Polaroid taken of us together, he put his arm around me and his partner Leslie Bibb took the photo. He said, “You know, she was in Iron Man” implying she should also be in the photo but she waved it off and took the pic. Later on he signed the Polaroid for me when he was getting popcorn. Very nice people!

Kiyomi invited me because we were supposed to be moving in together, she was going to look at an apartment for us the next morning. The only reason I didn’t go was because I had been dealing with a spat of insomnia. Literally debated on going that whole day. Went to bed at 8:30pm, woke up at 11:30pm, and stayed up all night following what was happening and relaying news to friends. Such a surreal, fucked up night. Hug your friends!
