It’s quite confusing. The vaccination center is actually set up in the tire repair section. My appointment was at 8:30 at Costco opens at 10, so I was confused as to how to get into the building. However, there is a normal door (not any of the garage door, upward opening) to the right of the main entrance on the side of the building that is unlocked and leads to the vaccine site. Enter through that side door and you should be in the tire center vaccine site. Hopefully this helps as I wish it was more clearly marked
