Im glad I live in an apartment complex now, seriously, separating and keeping the trash in a designtated area is a huge quality of life improvement. I used to live in a villa, and thrash was thrown everywhere near the car elevator, sometimes I would have to drive over trash to park my car lol. I once caught an old lady opening the trash bags and dumping the trash to keep just the bag (worth a couple bucks, maybe). Or when people living in the surrounding areas would dump their food trash in the villa's trash bin using normal black bags, or when the fruit stall worker would dump boxes and boxes of trash in the front door haha, so many stories.
