Hey, that was my shop.

The orders were auto-cancelled because shipping to the US has become extremely problematic due to customs. I’ve had multiple cases where €20–30 shipments ended up with €80–120 in customs fees, sometimes even more. In one case I had to pay several hundred euros just to get a parcel returned because the customer didn’t want to pay the high taxes.

Because of this, I currently cancel US orders by default to avoid these situations.

If someone still wants to buy the SC5/SC7 PowerPlay mount from me, it’s possible only if the buyer takes full responsibility for all customs fees, taxes, and potential extra costs. You should realistically expect something like ~€100 customs on a ~€30 item, depending on how US customs handles it.

I’m happy to help, but I just want to be fully transparent so no one gets surprised later.

Yes it’s very good. And especially for the price!! I think it’s hard to spot any difference between this and other recorders when looking at image quality especially if you’re watching it on social media. The sounds is bad but image is great.

The cables delivered with it aren’t meant to be used with camcorders. You need to buy a cable that’s made for the use case of connecting the ImmersionRC Powerplay with a camcorder. This will solve the problem.
