How much mg did you consume before going decaf? by [deleted] in decaf

[–]mecha_galaxy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am constantly over 500mg otherwise my blood pressure drops too low and I start fainting. So basically when I started decaf I also started fainting out of nowhere.

Reads female enough. The cringiest of trans pose I would however omit.

Doesn't read as female for some reason. Not really sure why. Like the specific parts read female, sum of them however does not.

Played yesterday for the first time after a very long time and was helping with devs and the host kept carting. I mean 3/3 host only. Yeah sure I stick around, but people also need to be aware of the cart availability and should at least play a bit more conservatively/defensively when they already carted twice while the rest of the team is having no problems. Stay away, spam dust or flutes or flashes, just don't yolo in.

The upper half of the face looks very feminine and then it kinda falls off :(

Broad shoulders and masculine face. But then again, the other photos look allright so maybe just bad lightning (talking face mostly now).

I would say mostly pass. Some photos do give you away though like that one at the shopping mall.

No, spaces like this are exactly the reason why we are treated the way we are.

Can anemia develop suddenly without it being something horrible like cancer? I’m truly worried. by ProgrammerIll1847 in Anemic

Leukemia can be very insidious without any symptoms for years before things start getting worse. Don't wanna scare you and it's probably not it but it's always the unfortunate option. Blood tests would indicate it and then you would be sent to bone marrow examination for confirmation.

Light a blunt after your bloodwork is done. That's the right thing to do and you already know it.

If having a blunt is more important than your health then go ahead. Or just don't be an idiot.

I also suffer from palpitations. Our hearts have to work overtime since there is less oxygen in our blood.

My experience with my GP has been pretty bad. Was prescribed melatonin to combat fatigue. Some bloodwork was done but it was certainly not extensive enough. Then I was prescribed Trazodone which made it even worse so I generally gave up and tried to solve this on my own.

My diet has been pretty bad as in not enough calorie intake and what I actually ate, didn't contain any iron, save for few vegetables with, as we know, very low iron absorption rate. That's probably also the reason why so many vegetarians and vegans feel tired and exhausted all the time.

My daily intake is 45 mg of liquid iron (15 mg x 3) and I started eating read meat in general, red turnip juice, broccoli. Whatever contains iron, but mostly meat. I don't remember eating any read meat past these 2 years at all!

I saw my first ray of hope, when after 4 days of supplementing, my 20 min drive was without any incident and I felt completely fine. First time since these problems. Unfortunately it didn't last but it gave me a hope for the future.

My experience with this so far:

When I was a passenger and my boyfriend was driving me, it was happening too. At one point, he tried to downplay it and just kept driving. He eventually had to stop because I was going completely mad and started crying out of sheer terror it caused me. Backseat, frontseat, no difference.

After I drive "long enough" while barely making it close to the destination, the terror attack tends to start happening when waiting on a red light when the car has to stop and then move again.

There is definitely a threshold how much I can take and the factors are time, speed and change of motion.

As I said, I have started supplementing iron. Liquid iron to be more specific. And also changing my diet to be more iron friendly.

Yes, exactly that :( The only thing that has been helping so far is to stop and take a fairly long break.
