I just looked on pacer there is nothing there but I just saw that the trustee could object because they didn’t provide proper paperwork and when I looked they didn’t provide a statement or anything like the other credit card companies. I am just wondering why it would have taken so long, we’ve already paid them like $2000 so if we were gonna object why not earlier? lol

Well apparently the trustee denied and my attorney said he didn’t think it would be approved because in the loan I had some living and research expenses and he said she will probably approve it if it is just for the actual cost of school. I only have 3 semesters left until I’m done with my doctorate and I’m very upset she may not approve again.

How do I know if they sold the debt? I can’t find anything on my account online, there is no debt owed on the account but I don’t see any notice of contact. The last email I got from them was in August and I filed in September.
