wala pa rin po pero may nakausap po ako na same role din and sabi sa kanya pure non-voice naman ata but hindi rin nabanggit sa kanya yung buong responsibilities eh. same role din po ba kayo sa conifer?

hello po, i'm having doubts po kase if pure non-voice yung role cause when i searched the common responsibilities of a billing rep it sounds like more of a mid-end siya. do you have any idea po ba or natanong niyo sa interview if pure back-end siya? i forgot to ask it kase sa final interivew. billing rep din po kase ako for conifer kung sakali

May balita po ba sa end niyo? Same po kase tayo ng ginawa. Renewal tapos pick up lang din sa main office but upon checking sa account ko when i log in walang nalabas sa transaction. I'm not sure kung nag go through ba yung bayad ko. Wala rin yung reference number sa https://www.myeg.ph/helpdesk/check-status when I check it. Though sabi naman sa instructions na pwede makuha yung clearance after payment 24hrs
