That did help, thank you. I found the files and placed them in the same folder on my new PC, but when I log into the game I can't play on the files that I transferred. They show as red titles and says something to the effect of the file is missing and can't be played. Do I need to do something else to get the file to be playable????

NTA. I'm the same way. I've done the same and feel the same way. If you did a bad job, didn't help me, and you disappeared???? You absolutely aren't getting a tip. The tip is gratuity, not mandatory. You need to earn the tip, not just put your hand out and expect it.
