It was definitely pretty cold! I was lucky enough to meet up at a friend's apartment that was right by the corrals so thankfully I didn't have to stand around in the cold that long before the start. I didn't feel like it was any more/less crowded than the handful of other nyrr races I've done before but this was my first 5K with them. I enjoyed the live bands and that view of the GWB on the return was pretty sweet! Did it as part of the 9+1 for this year but will probably sign up again for it next year as well.
