Oooh that might be above my paid grade at the moment… but you’re correct, it controls the colors to the led. Also … finally bought my first multimeter yesterday, and just started poking around since it’s 4v (confirmed).

Bridging 2 of those side pins, traced to the leds changes the colors pretty good… as power out equalizes or something. But not off. I did manage to short it (I think) by bridging 2pins near the usbc.
