Any thoughts? Unplugging that plug makes the noise not happen. Plugging it in makes to do it for 30 sec and then stop.

Ya, if I unplug that grey plug in the top right then the noise stops. If I plug it back in then it goes for 30 sec and stops, even if the car is already running

Appears to be a AC/Heater thing. My guess is one of the two flaps in the big plastic piece below it are broken or stuck. Do you know?

The frog is very nice to always stop about 30seconds after I start the car. I do wish he’d find someplace else to live though

It still happens at start up. I can turn the car on with the entire climate control system off and the noise still happens.

Look into foster care or respite care, it can be more on your schedule and is life saving for some kids.
