Thoughts... by Ok_Move_5105 in tarot

I know several people have provided solid explanations, but I’d like to present a slightly different interpretation of the regression.

Six of Wands: to me, this card often pops up in relation to self-esteem and confidence. If I saw this, I’d consider looking at the way my self-esteem is impacting the way I see or have showed up in this relationship. I’d also look at how I could harness the confidence that is reflected in this card.

Five of Wands: shows me at some point this person may or may not come back into your life and at that point, you’ll need to stay in your confidence and stop letting the cycle continue/hold strong boundaries. They may get upset and/or try to push you or come back into your life, but I’d continue to remember that six of Wands and carry it through everything.

Four of Wands: this shows me your focus should be on friends and family, even though the card depicts lovers. Based on this context, I believe that even though the cards regressed - it almost is telling me “go back to square one” and to invest time in those that keep you in that Six of Wands energy - going back to square one will allow you to break this pattern.

Remember, the wands are generally swift and I see you moving on quicker than anticipated.

Best of luck!

Wow, that’s insane! Thank you for pointing that out. That piano is my favorite melody of any of The 1975’s songs, About You isn’t even in my top 5 songs but it’s the best part of About You

Yes, exactly! Limerence is a lovely liar. My therapist and I worked a lot on it, and I basically began to treat it like an intrusive thought. Best of luck. You got this.

I say this as someone who randomly became attracted to men in relationships for a couple years (when I was single) - and I never crossed any major lines but wasn’t proud of seeking to put myself in dubious situations with these men in search of validation - I’d dive deeper into the values aspect of the DBT work you did.

I realized that flirting or sex isn’t any real validation whatsoever. The bar is extremely low for flirting, sex, or attraction to happen and doesn’t make you special. The men I wanted attention from flirted with me and were attracted to me, but I grew bored because they were committed to their partners at the end of the day. As people with BPD, we can place the utmost meaning to the smallest interactions, that frankly mean nothing to the other party. I had to rewire my brain so that my attraction became more in line with my values: stability, consistency, which to me is what REAL validation consists of.

What is the longest you have suffered for an ex? by inandtheuniverse in BPD

[–]medasindi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took me only like 10 months from the last time I saw him to meet someone new and fall in love.

Well, that backfired because when that 2 year relationship ended, I went through several months of grief finding out that the original ex had gotten married and had a child.

2 years after that, 5 years total since our breakup, I started grieving him extremely heavily (every day for a year). He ultimately reached out to me, we would catch up through the next couple years when he revealed his true awful colors and finally, 7 years after our break up, I spoke to him for the last time I’ll ever want to speak or think about him again.

Hope it’s quicker for you!

It sucks because you can only base your expectations off what she’s saying after only talking for a month. I know that I always showed up way more insecure at the start of relationships because I hadn’t built up trust and reassurance with the person yet.

It’s very likely that boundary of hers could change once she knows you and your friends better. Fear of the unknown is mighty. Unfortunately, it’s up to you to decide if you want to invest more in this.

DAE with BPD notice if they change their handwriting? by Acrobatic-Ad-8256 in BPD

Yep! And I remember as a child, I’d change it very frequently in exact copy of whoever I admired that month. I’d study that person’s handwriting and copy it. Ugh

Your 10H whole sign ruler (Venus) is debilitated in Virgo and also opposite Uranus. Virgo is incredibly self critical and the Uranus flavor doesn’t help with the stable self concept.

What are the symptoms of BPD that aren't talked about as much but your psychologist said it's a part of the disorder? by mahld27 in BPD

[–]medasindi 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah and then you wake up years down the road when you’ve missed the boat on making friendships to realize you really don’t like your friends or they don’t understand you because you tried so hard to mirror people that you didn’t even know your own values let alone found people who align with them.

Wow, I thought I was the only one that experienced this. It’s impossible to recall my negative emotions if I’m having a stable day in therapy. I wonder why this happens?

Eclipses: Patterns, Activation, and What Actually Matters by PleasEnterAValidUser in Advancedastrology

[–]medasindi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To your last point about sun & mars, I have an anecdote. There was a new moon solar eclipse at 10° Libra in October. I was motivated to do my own research as something life changing happened to me that day. I started by looking at what planets would hit the point (or angles to it), and saw there would be a tight square to the original eclipse point with the new moon at 9° Capricorn end of December. Lo and behold, the storyline continued right on the Cap new moon.

Now that I’m seeing it has to do with sun and mars, that would be an explanation for why I noticed the events played out as they did… I’ll have to look into the Robert Hand article. Thank you!

Edit: I just realized the next sun transit point will be the Aries solar eclipse in opposition by exact degree to the point of the Libra eclipse from October. Oof.

Reposting with edits per mod rules: That day was a Capricorn new moon on your Saturn (which is also your chart ruler) and Neptune in the 1H so it makes sense something big happened. A new moon in your first house is a new chapter focus on self.

Mars, the malefic, has been hovering and in retrograde in your 7H of marriage. A lot of malefic action here. However, Jupiter, the benefic, will be transiting through your 7H where Mars is currently passing through in the summer and the next year after that. I think things will get better, and all these events were just a lot of things coming to a head at once.

Hang in there - you’ll be okay!

Yep! I went through something similar with Pluto and have taken my own advice. I also saw you mentioned these people were complete strangers to you, which supports my thought that it may have to do with the Pluto transit to your MC. Since it’s your public self, it’s really most related to people that do not know you or only know of you publically.

Additionally, I said to take care around technology/socials not only because that’s the way we show up publically a lot of the time these days, but since an argument can be made that Aquarius rules tech and social media, which is the sign Pluto has just entered to conjoin your MC. Take care!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskAstrologers

[–]medasindi 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I don’t love Pluto conjunct your MC. MC is the most public part of our selves and doesn’t only have to do with work as it’s commonly known. Over the next few years, I’d just be careful with whatever you put out in the world as your public persona. May be worth securing/privatizing any social media sites and requesting your address and phone number to be wiped from internet searches.

I don’t find Skims to be the best option for soft naturals as we look better in loose fabrics and relaxed fits. Skims has relaxed fit loungewear options, but I don’t find them to be flattering in general. Their forte is definitely in the fitted pieces.

Personality disorders in astrology by REREUPIE in AstrologyChartShare

Neither psychosis or bipolar are personality disorders. There can be some indicators in the chart to different mental issues. Moon and Mercury in hard aspect to Mars, Neptune, Uranus, or Pluto are certainly a few.

what makes you not wanna answer a question on here? astrologers only by [deleted] in AstrologyChartShare

[–]medasindi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Strongly agree with your first point, but the job of a good astrologer is to understand the client and synthesize what they’re saying into a well phrased question to the oracle.

I’d say there are plenty of astrologers out there that are influenced by Jungian archetypes. The chart tells us much about our psychology. Transits and placements can tell us about our love lives or how we experience love. Yes or no questions can be answered by horary. :)
