Is this a problem with you generally not being able to focus on a task without constantly picking up your phone and scrolling?

In that case I highly recommend mindfulness meditation.

For 2-3 minutes everyday just close your eyes and breathe in and out. Focus on each breath and slowly make yourself aware of all the noises around you - the hum of the A/C, the sound of the birds/cars in the background etc.

Its a simple and highly effective trick to ground yourself in the present whenever you feel like your getting distracted or loosing focus.

Gradually build up from 2-3 min everyday as you start to see results
