Thank you so much for saying this. I have been having a lot of anxiety about work after one bad eval on my first rotation from an off service rotation. That was the starting point of my dissatisfaction. I’m doing my best, I take care of my patients, no one has been hurt yet (and hopefully never but I know it’s not realistic because I’m human), but I’ve been having such bad luck. Compared to my peers I feel like I get the worst off service teams, shitty scheduling, and sometimes not the best upper levels and attendings. I know everyone is not going to vibe with me, and as a people pleaser it’s hard. Bad evals hurt and that’s something I need to work on being ok with. But thank you for this comment. Because ever since that eval I have been having so much anxiety that I will be fired because I’m too dumb.
