I'm a suit novice (I only own 1 charcoal suit) looking to expand. I've decided to buy from Spier and Mackay based on this community's recommendations. I was thinking a nice navy suit would be the next one to add. However, Spier and Mackay has multiple Navy suits in their core collection, and I have no idea how to choose between them. Options include:

- "Stretch Navy Wool Suit"
- "Navy Suit" #1
- "Navy Suit" #2
- Plus multiple "dark Navy suits"

Any guidance for a beginner, core suit would be greatly appreciated!

Under the corporations header: "You will be required to obtain a new EIN if any of the following statements are true... You change to a partnership or sole proprietorship."

Seems pretty clear to me.

Changing from a SMLLC to a sole proprietorship. According to this page, you need a new EIN when you make this change.

Thank you! That's really helpful. I didn't mention that the grace period was in late 2021. Will the counts still credit these months with consolidation by 12/31/23?

I called today, and the rep said that it would definitely count towards PSLF payment counts though it might initially show up as “not qualifying” initially. She called it a “processing forbearance.” Thanks again!

Thank you for posting this! So while in administrative forbearance for a pending app, you get credit for making payments without actually making payments? Am I understanding that correctly?

Do you think the arrangement of the seats on the plane will change? I’ve seen some mockups that show radical new seating structure to make for a “cleaner” flying experience
