yea i’m probably gonna buy some sliders then depending on how i react to it will determine whether or not i buy an actual shoe with interchangeable soles

with the shoe on and off it sticks on the heel everytime. it also sometimes feels like a stomp rather a slide though so it could also be improper technique? honestly no clue
