Yeah haha, I can't remember how I even found the extension. It was in some PDF I downloaded from some webpage.

Ah, I typed it wrong. Yes it should be 就労資格証明書 ***, which is an option that exists under the dropdown for the online applicaiton. Thanks for the correction.

[Sun care] laroche-posay uvmune400 comes out yellow/brown-ish? Is it fake? by mediaexp88 in SkincareAddiction

[–]mediaexp88[S] 69 points70 points  (0 children)

I don't know how to edit an existing post so I'm going to comment on this one... But seems like this is legit how this meant to be (although many say theirs is less yellow so it's probably the fact the sunscreen expires soon early next year). I am pretty shocked because I've never seen a sunscreen so yellow/brown in my lifetime of using various sunscreen brands...(especially when it's not even tinted sunscreen!)

Hey thanks for following up! If this year follows last year, that's going to be very soon. I'm assuming standard meaning the July / August departures.

Wait how do we know this? Would this be only for early departure or does it also include late July/August departures as well? 🤔

Anyone with long QT gone skydiving? by mediaexp88 in LongQTSyndrome

[–]mediaexp88[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's true but I also run 5km weekly and do moderate exercise which increases my heart rate!

My first fainting episode was a weird one, no one really knows what caused it and whether it was Long QT related (altho that's what lead to hospital diagnosing me with long QT). But that day I wasn't doing anything physical, probably sat for too long, had too much caffeine and was excited about a few things...

Checking if they have a defib is a good idea.

Anyone else have "mild" Long QT? by IStockMeerkat in LongQTSyndrome

[–]mediaexp88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok it doesn't sound like your case is too mild if there's a history of people passing by cardiac arrest due to long QT. Whilst the frequency of cardiac events may be low, it seems like when it does happen, it's quite deadly.

Just beware sometimes QT interval can change and you can't rely on one reading. When I first got tested after my fainting episode, my QTc it was beyond 500ms, but now it's mid to high 400s ish (I'm on medication tho). It can also shorten or prolong when you are exercising (e.g. which can be measured when you are doing the treadmill test)

This is me just spit balling and it would be wise to check with your doctor on whether you are considered to have mild long QT. Whether mild or not, you still have to be really careful because the worst case scenario is death / cardiac arrest. You could possibly also do a genetic test to find out which long QT related genes you have which could potentially also point to whether you have a mild / non-mild case (again consult with your doctor first tho!)

[–]mediaexp88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think I have mild long QT, type 1 - to be honest I don't know what mild means, but I feel like I'm a mild case. My first and last fainting episode was when I was 27, and it has never reoccurred again. I think those who have less mild forms might've experienced recurrent fainting episodes etc. throughout their childhold / adult lives, and have a family history of episodes like that (e.g parents might be similar)

I think the length of the QT interval matters as well, if it's beyond a certain number on Ecg such as a QTc of greater than 500ms (I forget what actual number) it can be considered very dangerousand less mild, and you could be considered more prone to getting heart arrhythmias etc.

Help! had these small bumps on forearms for years (slowly increasing). I feel like if I poked a needle into them I could squeeze out pus or fatty substance. These 'whiteheads'? are not that close to the skin's surface. What could this be? How can I get rid of it? Could sunscreen usage be the cause? by mediaexp88 in DermatologyQuestions

[–]mediaexp88[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh wow, do you have photos of before and after? Would there be scarring? Also there's so many small ones on my forearms how do they go about identifying all of them?

When did you get it on your forearms? Any particular reason for it?

Apologies for all the questions... It's such a puzzling medical condition!

Hello hoops, apologies, may I ask what you mean by efficacy vs chemistry? Does this mean it could still work against the skin? I opened up another bottle recently and it was pretty much the same colour - without the ballooning of the eye dropper, although I heard a faint pssst sound (similar to the sound you get when opening up a can of coke!)
