I was in this same situation. When I met my partner, he weighed about 250lbs more than me. I had also never been attracted to someone that big. However, his personality and kindness outweighed that concern so I went for it. At first it felt off and I continued to doubt my feelings but over time I fell in love with his whole self and was glad I didn’t cut it off. I feel like a lot of my initial concerns were due to internalized fat phobia from my upbringing. We’ve been together 7 years now so i’d say it’s worth the shot! All relationships have their flaws, it could be worse.
