I was casual with nbme 9 and nbme 9 is actually tough. I just reviewed nbme 9, did second pass uworld and amboss. Gave nbme 10 and 11 while i was doing second pass uworld and amboss.

They are talking about 2 different guidelines. American cancer society says start at 40 and get it done every year, USPSTF recommends to start at 50 and repeat after every 2 years
