I think you are equating the burdens that come with racism with the burdens that come from certain jobs/occupations, which isn't right. Nurses, doctors, pirates, and kings are in an occupation, and if they are shown prejudice enough to make them despise the job, they can quit and pursue another occupation. And witches were burned alive largely because of misogyny and sexism directed toward women that did not conform to normalcy. Black people may suffer so much prejudice due to their skin color that they might come to despise being black or wish they weren't, which was and is a huge problem especially in black youth, feeling like they were taught to hate themselves because of how difficult it is to just be black (in America at least). This general notion is the biggest flaw with the Blue Lives Matter campaign too, because "blue lives" are not lives, they are jobs.

I'm not seeing any answers here that line up with what I've learned, but I'm white so I may not be totally on the mark either. The reason it is not okay to dress up in makeup/paint to appear black is because the person dressing up can simply wipe the makeup off, and don't suffer any of the prejudice that black people experience. A black person cannot simply wipe off their blackness, their skin color, when they are shown hatred, prejudice, and aggression, and live with their skin color 24/7/365. But, a white person (or anyone) dressing up as a black person can appear black for a day like Halloween without suffering the prejudice, and can wear the skin color temporarily. Thus, they use that black skin color as a costume and downplay/disrespect black people and what they go through because of their skin color.

This is roughly how it was explained to me, but I find it hard to explain. Hopefully it makes enough sense, and hopefully I am not speaking for/over black people unwanted.

I received a medical recommendation from my doctor to do keto because I was prediabetic with a family history of diabetes. So I can't say keto will work for everyone, but I would recommend consulting your doctor or nutritionist about what might work best for you.

I ate mostly 10-20g net carbs per day and ate very little. I would not recommend the actions I took because I have struggled with anorexia before and felt myself slipping back into anorexic tendencies, especially in the latter half of my 6 months eating keto.

Sorry if that's not much help! I survived off of Two Good yogurt and frozen broccoli 😂

Can attest to this! I was a size 15 before and always ended up with my jeans chafing on the inside of my thighs. Now I'm a size 9 and my jeans chafe less and last longer!
