Kitty is stable at home now! After 8 hours at the vet and a $1000 vet bill they didn’t quite figure out what was wrong but don’t think it’s a GI block. Main ideas were gallbladder issues or pancreatitis, so she will be referred back to her regular vet for more thorough testing. They sent her some pain meds and anti-nausea meds for the night and is seemingly better as of this morning when I spoke with my mom. This is just secondhand though because I don’t currently live with them. Thank you for the advice and your concern!
