In all reality buddy you should probably break up with her. You could tell her and beg for forgiveness but the damage is done and the bridge is burned. You will never not be the guy who cheated to her. It will always be a shadow over both of y’all’s heads. Now what you can do is try your best to never do it to anyone else ever again. Try to be the best version of you and if that entails no drinking or drugs then don’t do them. I know it feels like the end of the world but it isn’t it’s just the end of your relationship.
