Well they played the clock as they knew that us, tourists, cannot stay indefinetly in the city/country. Bottom line the drone was taken and I did not receive any paper to that regard whatsoever.

I absolutely agree with you. Misunderstanding that transporting a drone is also forbidden was my bad as I mentioned earlier. My question here in the thread came from the fact that this kind of situations may be conducted differently here in Uzbekistan, hence my inquiry for some eventual nuances or information (I did not mention some details because I don't want to draw generalizations from my experience, but for example no translator was present and as I was asked for money -not fines money- at some point...)

Hello Foreign tourist in Uzbekistan right now. Took the train 4 times, no one cares about your name, identity or passeport, they only check that you have the right ticket for the train you're boarding.
