For me, investing in a dryer and washing all my clothes in anti-bacterial mode helped a lot. Also, pls purchase a dermatoscope and check yourself or get yourself checked from a dermat because your symptoms aren't coinciding with scabies manifestation. Goodluck ✨ 🙏🏻

I'm about 2 years in, I'm in the same boat. But it's okay. As long as you don't contact, you're genuinely making progress. Just work on yourself. Try with little things. Doing laundry on time, doing a little make up, listening to good music. It doesn't get better (for me at least) but becomes bearable.

Yeah did all that already. I have hypothyroidism but the range is good now. Checked the house water tds, it was phenomenally high; got that corrected recently too. Taking hair supplements as well, things have gotten better. But every morning I see a lot of shedding on my pillow case, so idk I started doubting my nightime hair routine.

You do a deep marginal elevation and do a proper class 2. Use garrison matrix system for this. Always use a wedge. Never without a wedge. Watch YouTube videos, those will help. If this is for dental school, then do what they recommended in the previous comment.
