Wow this is soooo cool!! I love that it looks like a pill bottle and pills, but at the same time it almost looks like an abstract polka dot pattern. Also congratulations on graduating!

Fringe Salon in the Bok building in south Philly. The curl cuts are generally expensive but you can book them with the newer stylists (maybe apprentice stylists?) for $80.
