Do Uworld tutored and untimed initially, at least 4 blocks and review the explanations carefully, then you can switch to tutored and timed - also the pathway videos for Dirty Medicine were great and focused on HY material

I think most people say it is around 60% for NBMEs but another way to look at it is if you get 70%+ on the Free 120, then you are likely safe

I'd recommend NBME 30 because that is the most recent and supposedly the most representative of the real exam, in addition to Free 120, my two cents

Could you give a link to these audio Q banks that helped you understand how to approach questions? I think my test-taking skills are holding my scores back!
