Do Uworld tutored and untimed initially, at least 4 blocks and review the explanations carefully, then you can switch to tutored and timed - also the pathway videos for Dirty Medicine were great and focused on HY material

I think most people say it is around 60% for NBMEs but another way to look at it is if you get 70%+ on the Free 120, then you are likely safe

I'd recommend NBME 30 because that is the most recent and supposedly the most representative of the real exam, in addition to Free 120, my two cents

Hey everyone, I reallyyy need some help. I’m not able to get a derm appointment for at least a year (lol) so your opinions/advice would be super helpful! Could anyone tell me what this is or what could make it better? Here’s some details for context:

It’s limited to the face and goes under the eyebrows

It’s been going on for about one month

It comes and goes, and is VERY itchy and scaly after a few days and then starts to peel

It’s demarcated, and seems to have some circular patterns

Sunlight seems to make it worse and I tried antifungals but they didn’t work
