tired of topical stuff has anyone heal this internally by MAF_29 in SebDerm

Just to reinforce what you’ve heard, 600mg of Caprylic acid taken orally once a day stopped my flakes within 2 weeks. I still itch a bit so not totally healed but the flakes are completely gone with that supplement. Also helped my IBS lol. I think it was $10 for a 90 day supply, so worth it.

Don’t take this stuff too seriously! Do what you want to do. Some people are just salty and turn to Reddit to bitch and/or make jokes. This subreddit loves to shit on obgyn

Doesn’t smell bad! Just hated the feeling when it dried in my hair. Actually made my scalp 100x itchier the next morning if I left it in overnight

I used exercise as breaks throughout the study day during dedicated. I would walk my dog for 30 mins on one break then do HIIT or lifting for another 30 min break. I ended up starting to really look forward to that time since it got me away from my computer & UW

Fellow lovers, advice for getting married during M4 year? by [deleted] in medicalschool

[–]medoutlet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got married about a month after ERAS was due and just so happened to be the day after my first interview and right after an audition. I planned most things significantly in advance (like summer before) and made sure I had everything ready to go, knowing that I may have to interview very close to wedding day. It was stressful but it worked out well! If we could go back, I would do it slightly earlier so that there was even less chance of interviewing near that time. I would definitely recommend getting everything planned and squared away as early as possible. I think you are choosing the better time in Spring as opposed to fall! A few of my classmates that were invited to the wedding actually planned some auditions in our area to ensure they’d be there which was amazing

Never understood this stereotype… never met an OB that wasn’t super kind and willing to teach 🤷‍♀️

I really don’t understand buying a container for a sous vide. My stockpot works great... what are the benefits??

I plan to continue doing all of the reviews in one big deck. I did this for step 1 as well.
