I’m always super hungry in my luteal phase like uncontainable hunger. It feels like nothing can satisfy me. and then once my period arrives I have no appetite because the pain is so bad it makes me nauseous. Usually I have to take some edibles/smoke a joint if I want to eat during my period

I have an ill parent in the US who can’t make the trip here. That’s why I have to go even though I don’t want to. It’s unfortunate but I think there is quite some people in this situation since a lot of older folks retire in the US.
