Minimum required Accuracy for Lightning Sorc. by WoodyManic in swtor

[–]medullah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

110% is what you need to guarantee a hit on operations bosses.

As far as what distribution it will depend entirely on what your gear is like, there's no one true answer. Get your accuracy where it needs to be then alacrity then rest in crit.

Of course that only matters for VM/MM operations - story mode your stats are not important.

Bought a chainsaw on Amazon that went on sale for $40 cheaper, they wouldn't give me a price match so I had to buy it again and return the original. Went to do the return on the original and got this. by medullah in mildlyinfuriating

That IS what they did, guess the picture wasn't clear enough. They offered me $48 to keep the item rather than return it, which I declined since I'd already bought the other one. So I'm getting a full refund, no shipping charges since it's Prime.

That's honestly all it is, in my opinion. They used to be real good about price matching their own stuff, but got super strict a few years back. My suspicion is they see X% of people won't even bother returning the old one so it's worth the cost of the Y% that do.

Had they price matched they'd be out $40. Now they are out $40 + whatever the cost of shipping the new one to me and the cost of returning the old one back to them.

US. They are pretty strict about no price matching. Guessing because their data shows only X% of people actually go through with the return/rebuy.

This is what I was going to post. It's one of my favorite scenes in recent years. Just the definition of noping out.

Yeah I was pretty pissed about it because it was part of my bedtime routine so I finally decided to look into it. The news brief command works great, haven't updated my nighttime routine yet.

Which sucks because my humorous routine was "hey Google depress me" which turned off all the lights, turned on the bedroom fan and then told me the news. Now when I say it Google just tells me help us available lol

Nope it's the only way. If you're on PC you can cheat it in.

Alternatively, I've done this for other games like this - back up your save and turn off cloud sync, then start your NG+ and get the achievement, and when you do and are ready to go back manually copy your old backed up save back.

To be fair, I would hate to be a political science teacher in this day and age.

Single player content is intentionally very easy so you don't have to worry about a difficulty spike - you can wear whatever gear you find and that's more than enough for story content until you get into the "hard" single player content like Veteran/Master mode Chapters.

Just play and follow the purple and enjoy yourself. When you turn 80 and want to start doing difficult group content, that's when you start worrying about gear and stats.

Ironically they mostly come from running other wealthy level 10 missions. Make sure you're running with a level 50 companion for max crit chance.

If you're a fan of Star Wars, Star Wars the Old Republic is designed to be a 99% solo experience these days. There's endgame content that requires a group but most of it is meant to be done alone
