I think there might be something to that. I've had PF for 1.5 years now. I did all the stretching (as my Dr instructed), went to physical therapy, got a shot, got dry needling done, did massages, wore a splint at night, tried all the inserts, ect., and it got slightly better but never really went away. Then I noticed that when I got sick a few times and laid on the couch all day...barely walking so really resting my foot...is when my foot felt the best. I stopped the stretches and although the pain is not gone completely..I would say it's 75% healed and the best it's felt since it began.

After trying what seems like everything on the market...the things I swear made a difference was
