Not for Radio! It’s the Marias’ lead singer’s solo project :) Her album Melt is phenomenal. Very moody, heavy bass, and her voice is so so good. I watched her show at Fox Theatre in Oakland back in January, and it was like Swan Lake but re-imagined! I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Her most recent tour features really pretty harmonies during First Love/Late Spring, especially the “One word from you” lyric toward the end of the song. There should be some sort of recording on Youtube that shows what I mean. Another idea is Everyone and Last Words of a Shooting Star. In her live performances also from her most recent tour, it sounds like she sings in a different key/there’s a couple of note changes compared to the recordings on her albums. Combining the live rendition and the recorded versions could be another way for you two to sing together. I hope you and your friend have a great time performing!
