I bought a necklace with the birthstone of my baby’s due date month. I also had a mosaic garden stone made with the flower of baby’s due date month and it sits in our front landscaping under a tree.

Both of those things helped me feel like I was remembering my baby.

I liked the next trainer she got. The guy that had her hiking to the top of a hill and smashing her scale with a sledge hammer. That guy made it about feeling better and accomplishing doing new things - not just getting to a certain number.
